Nimrud artifacts located in Iraq
Some good news on the archaeology front: some artifacts from the Assyrian site of Nimrud (Calah/Kalakh) were found in a bank vault in Iraq. No word on exactly what was recovered. The article states that less than 50 "museum-quality" pieces remain missing, with 3,000
in total unaccounted for.
