British government to express regret over second Iraqi arms dossier
The Observer reports that the British government will admit that the second dossier on Iraq's WMDs was flawed.

I don't know if the authors were aware of it, but there was a part of the article that made me think of Reagan, back when he was stuck in a tough situation also involving weapons, but Iran and the Contras instead of Iraq:
If Blair is questioned on the issue, he will concede that mistakes were made.
Love that passive voice - why name people who should be held accountable if you don't have to? It would be hilarious if Blair actually says something like that.
